  [Added functions]
    - Supported the function of the page mode.
    - Supported the horizontal rotation print of printBitmap and printBarCode
      methods.
    - Added CD-S500 to the support models.

  [Fixed problems]
    - Fixed the problem that the print data of transaction and the horizontal
      rotation is not cleared by clearOutput method.
    - Fixed the problem about MapMode property. (non-PTR_MM_DOTS)
    - Fixed the problem about the feed size of "ESC|#uF".
    - Fixed the problem that the kanji font is not changed by "ESC|#fT",
      immediately.
