Windows 10 x64.

Installer version is newly set to 3.0.0.5.

  [Fixed problems]
If Secure Boot is enabled on Windows 10, problems will occur during installation. 
Adding the signature to the driver solved the problem.

Win32API "WaitCommEvent" and close it before the function call
is completed.
